Africa / North America Market Leader

  • Job Responsibilities

    As a Regional Market Leader, you will act as the “entrepreneur” and strategist for our business in your assigned territory. You will be fully responsible for market development, growth, and long-term success, driving sales targets and building the Super Giant brand internationally.

    1.Strategy: Develop and execute the annual market entry and expansion strategy for your region.
    2.Sales Performance: Be accountable for achieving regional sales, profit, and market share targets through direct key account and channel development.
    3.Marketing: Plan and lead regional brand activities such as trade shows and technical seminars.
    4.Service & Ecosystem: Establish local service support, handle critical client issues, and foster a healthy market ecosystem.
    5.Team Building: Build and mentor a local sales and service team in the future.

  • Job Requirements

    Working language: English.

    1.Basics: Bachelor's degree or above. Minimum 2 years of overseas sales experience in machinery equipment (heavy industry, agriculture, or livestock equipment preferred). Willingness for extensive travel.
    2.Language: Full professional proficiency in the required regional languages (as stated above).
    3.Sales Skills: Excellent client acquisition, negotiation, bidding, and key account management skills with a proven track record.
    4.Strategic Mindset: Strong market analysis, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
    5.Personal Traits: Results-driven, self-motivated, resilient under pressure, with exceptional learning and adaptability skills.
