Steel Pipe Gestation Stall

Steel Pipe Gestation Stall

Steel Pipe Gestation Stall

Steel-pipe gestation stalls adopt a standardized design with spatial limitation management, independent feeding, safe pregnancy protection and easy cleaning. They help pig farms save labor costs, increase stocking capacity, protect sow health, reduce abortion rates and disease prevalence, and simplify daily management. The stalls comprehensively improve the feeding efficiency and reproductive benefits of gestating sows, fully adapting to the needs of modern large-scale, standardized and high-efficiency pig farms, and steadily enhance overall breeding returns.

Product Specifications

Round-pipe gestation stall: Outer frames of side panels are made of 1" and 3/4" steel pipes, inner reinforcing tubes adopt 3/4" and 1/2" round pipes; front and rear gates are fabricated from 3/4" and 1/2" pipes and connected via snap locks.

Flipable U-shaped rear gate; rotatable and height-adjustable base feet; top compression bar; hot-dip galvanized feed pipe with inclined spout.

Full penetration welding throughout the structure, entirely hot-dip galvanized with zinc coating thickness ≥80μm.

Single 304 stainless steel feeder: Integrally formed, nominal plate thickness 1.2mm (average thickness 0.9mm after deep drawing, in compliance with Chinese national standard), dimension: 449×356×226mm.

Fitted with stainless steel water pipes and drinking nipples of adjustable height to suit pigs with different body sizes.

Optimized structural design avoids injury to sows; the flipable U-shaped rear gate meets breeding demands for different growth phases.
