Pig Farm Deodorizing System

Pig Farm Deodorizing System

Pig Farm Deodorizing System

The system consists of multiple components, including deodorizing filter curtains, circulating spray units, circulating water treatment devices, and intelligent control systems.

It achieves an ammonia removal rate of 70–95%, a removal rate of 40–75% for malodorous gases such as hydrogen sulfide, and a dust removal rate of 45–80%. All deodorizing equipment adopts a modular design, enabling rapid on-site installation.

Deodorization Principle:

① First Stage: Gas-Liquid Diffusion
Pollutants from the odorous gas transfer from the gas phase to the liquid phase across the gas-liquid interface of the packing material.

② Second Stage: Liquid-Solid Diffusion
Malodorous substances diffuse to the surface of the microbial film. Odor molecules from the liquid phase diffuse into the biofilm (solid phase) on the biological packing, where pollutants are adsorbed and absorbed by microorganisms.

③ Third Stage: Bio-Oxidation
Microorganisms oxidize and decompose the malodorous substances. Microorganisms within the biofilm formed on the surface of the biological packing oxidize the odor molecules, accompanied by the diffusion and absorption of nutrients (such as nitrogen or phosphorus) and oxygen.

The positive pressure deodorization mode is recommended primarily to reduce air resistance. Customization is also available based on client requirements.
