Our intelligent pig farm environmental control system is an integrated solution that combines air quality management, temperature regulation, ventilation control, precision feeding, and data monitoring. It is designed to create the most suitable, stable, and clean living environment for pigs at every growth stage.

Product Feature

Air Filtration System

Triple-Protection Screen Assembly: Consists of a stainless steel rodent screen, insect screen, and a PE sand screen, offering strong corrosion resistance and a long service life. The insect and sand screens are secured with spring clips and grooves for easy disassembly, assembly, and product maintenance.

Sidewall Air Filtration System: The primary filter media is made of synthetic fiber, white-green in color, with a G4 filtration rating, and is internally reinforced with a steel wire mesh. The frame is constructed from aluminum alloy profiles. The modular frame design facilitates easy disassembly, assembly, and filter media replacement.

Cooling Pad System

Aluminum Alloy Cooling Pads: Feature a practical appearance, easy disassembly, high strength, and excellent weather resistance. Water distribution across the pad is uniform, the structure is compact, and there is no water leakage.

Deep Trough Cooling Pads: The integrated water trough can meet its own water supply needs, eliminating the requirement for constructing a separate water pool. It comes with a built-in filter pump that operates without vibration or noise. The trough is a sealed space, preventing contamination from external water sources.

Air Intake System&Exhaust System

Curtain Inlet: The main body is a hollow PVC panel, including edging, slide rails, and other accessories.
Louvered Inlet Window: Provides good thermal insulation and sealing performance.
Non-Powered Inlet Window: Features no drive mechanism, offering energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, and reliability.
Dual-Sided Butterfly Inlet Window: Allows air intake from both sides, ensuring more even air distribution.

 

Fans: Include all models ranging from 24 to 54 inches.
Fan Blades: Available in plastic blades or cast aluminum blades.
Standard Components: Made of 304 stainless steel. Motors are from Leeson or domestic manufacturers.

Waste Gas Treatment System

Vertical Treatment Unit: Features low equipment costs and low civil engineering costs.
Horizontal Treatment Unit: Employs counter-current gas and liquid flow for effective deodorization and uses less water.

Environmental Control System

LG416 Controller: Operated via a matrix digital keypad, ensuring safety and reliability. Provides precise temperature control through ventilation stages. Offers comprehensive control functions and optimized, customized ventilation control strategies. Automatically monitors and analyzes water and feed consumption. Compatible with the Smart Farm Cloud Platform and Smart Farm APP.

LG810 Controller: Features a 7-inch/10-inch touchscreen operation. Combines stepless and stepped ventilation modes. Automatically adjusts target temperature based on outdoor temperature and modulates minimum ventilation accordingly. Automatically monitors and analyzes water and feed consumption. Compatible with the Smart Farm Cloud Platform and Smart Farm APP.
